Refund Policy

Full refund in the first 7 days

You get a full refund when, since your paid plan started, you have run fewer than 5 calculations (both tools together) and fewer than 7 days have passed. The subscription then ends. Polar, our Merchant of Record, issues the refund to the original payment method.

How to ask

Send a request through Report an issuewith the topic "Refund", or write to [to be completed], from the e-mail address of your account. We check the usage count on your account and reply within a few working days.

After the first 7 days

You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and it does not renew. Payments for periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we stop the Service (see the Terms of Service).

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
